The Santa Clara County REALTORS® Foundation is proud to announce the awarding of our 8th $10,000 Down Payment Assistance Grant, bringing our total investment in first-time homebuyers to $80,000 in 2026! Behind every grant is a new opportunity to build a future, establish roots, and create lasting memories in a place to call home. We're honored to play a part in these homeownership journeys and remain committed to opening doors for more individuals and families throughout our communities.

November 2026 SCCAOR Candidate & Ballot Proposition Endorsements

Election Day is exactly eight days away - Tuesday, November 3rd! SCCAOR interviewed Mayoral and City Council candidates across all six cities in our area: Santa Clara, San Jose, Campbell, Milpitas, Morgan Hill, and Gilroy. In the course of our interviews, we met with many candidates with diverse backgrounds and determined which candidates best aligned with REALTOR(R) priorities: homeownership and private property rights. In some races, SCCAOR made no endorsement.
Additionally, C.A.R. has taken a position on several statewide ballot measures that will significantly impact the real estate profession and homeownership.
