Santa Clara County REALTORS® Foundation Awards 6th DPA Grant

Another milestone in our commitment to making homeownership more attainable! 🏡 The Santa Clara County REALTORS® Foundation has awarded its 6th $10,000 Down Payment Assistance Grant, bringing our total to $60,000 in support for first-time homebuyers in 2026. Every grant is an investment in families, stronger communities, and the opportunity to build a brighter future through homeownership.
