Appraisals can make or break a deal sometimes.  Hear directly from an appraiser what they are (and aren't) looking for during an inspection.  Learn about different types of appraisals and why having the right one is important.  Get the tools you need to make sure the appraisal process is as easy as possible. Anthony has been an Appraiser in California since 1986, and began working at Apple Appraisal in 1991. He took over ownership in 2001 and has since grown the company from a small 30-man operation to a successful Appraisal Management Company, with a panel of over 300 Appraisers. Today, Anthony primarily focuses on quality control, review work, and managing the staff here at Apple Appraisal. Anthony has served on several boards of directors, including holding the title of President of two different chapters of the California Association of Residential Lenders and the California Association of Real Estate Appraisers; he is also a member of the Collateral Risk Network.
