About
Amber Martines is no newcomer to the real estate sphere — in fact, she made her first foray into the world of real estate at the ripe age of five.
“Real estate has been my passion since 1982, when I helped my father buy and renovate homes for profit. In high school, I began college level real estate courses, and hit the ground running and haven’t stopped since”.
Having earned many accomplishments and awards later, Amber Martines is overly passionate about giving her clients the birds eye view of the hyper-local market, a strategy game-plan, and the competitive edge to make their long term financial goals a success. Amber Martines comes with old-school, real life experiences, is backed by Wise Agent successful technology platform and her incentive Concierge program, a valuable resource for her clients for all their local and relocation service needs.

Amber Martines served one year as a board of director member for the Santa Clara County Association of Realtors, during a moment of major political push at the state Capitol and at our local government level protecting homeowners rights.
Though-out 25years attended the weekly broker tour meetings, and continuously enrolled in the latest courses, keeping her current and viable on the ever-changing Silicon Valley real estate landscape, better serving the needs of everyone she meets. She serves as a water ambassador for the Santa Clara County Valley Water District, serves Santa Clara County Parks and Recreation Department as an assistant real estate agent, and serves as a housing specialist for Bill Wilson Center, helping counsel homeless youth.

Amber Martines’s other passions; being outdoors with her furry companions, taking an active, adventurous role with her two gracious children, being a veggie plant parent, and building grey water systems and garden boxes for schools and others.
