My goal is to help people build Wealth through Real Estate. I started my Real Estate career in 2006 after a successful 23yr career in high-tech with HP, AMD and a few start-ups. I enjoy helping people make real estate buying, investing and selling decisions. Buying and selling a home can be overwhelming so my passion for being an educator is a major component of the value I bring to my clients. I provide a very high level of customer service to make sure the process goes smoothly. I am very organized, experienced and I have great negotiating skills. I have a broad network of contractors and service providers that help me before, during and after a sale of home. My service does not end when the transaction is completed. Helping a buyer make a strong offer or helping a seller decide how to get their home prepared for sale and coaching them on how to respond to offers so that all parties win are part of my collaborative negotiation skill set. I have a strong track record of success in several of the local counties.

I am an avid swimmer and have achieved a life-long dream of becoming a surfer. I have three adult children, all of whom are married and grandchildren too. I love the Bay Area and I am familiar with many neighborhoods and cities around the Bay.
