I am a realtor based in the Silicon Valley. I have been successfully representing buyers, sellers and institutional lenders throughout the Silicon Valley, East Bay and Central Valley since 2005. As an active, long standing member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the California Association of Realtors (CAR) and as a current Santa Clara County Association of Realtors (SCCAOR), member I cover the needs of my clients in Northern California, San Jose, San Francisco and Oakland I also help families relocate from the Bay Area to the Central Valley, i.e Mendota, Dos Palos, Los Banos, Bay Point, Ceres, Sacramento and Fresno. In addition, I have been working with institutional lenders, i.e California REO Management, Cupertino Capital/LG Servicing, Inc. assisting them in selling their REO, (Bank owned properties) inventory here in the bay area and Central Valley. I am fluent in Spanish and English and am able to help facilitate communications in this language. I have a core team of vendors that has been with me since the start of my real estate career.
