I am the Broker-Owner of CBC Realty and proudly serve clients throughout Silicon Valley and the Bay Area. I began my professional career in finance as a mortgage loan originator in 1981, which gave me a strong foundation in lending before I transitioned into real estate. This background allows me to guide clients through both the financial and market sides of every transaction with confidence.

I specialize in residential sales, assisting buyers, sellers, and investors with personalized service and clear communication from start to finish. My goal is to build long-lasting relationships and help individuals and families achieve homeownership and long-term financial success through real estate.

I have also been actively involved in supporting the real estate community. I previously served as a Board Director for the SCCAOR Foundation and chaired the Grant Committee. I was the President of the Filipino American Real Estate Professional Association Silicon Valley (FAREPA-SV) in 2018-2019 and continue to serve as a Board Director and advisor.
