Hello!

My name is Ginger Jordan aka #flowerpowerrealtor! I am excited to share a little about myself! 

I am a former elementary teacher who is an educator at heart! I continue to use my teaching skills to educate my clients. I enjoy educating and guiding my clients through the sales process.

I am a Realtor who believes in the importance of communication. With my clients, I take time to listen to their needs and desires, answer their questions, present market data, and provide expert advice so they can make sound decisions. I know at times the sales process (for both selling and purchasing property) can be overwhelming for my clients, yet I have the patience, negotiation skills, and determination to make it happen for them! 

During my 7 years as a Realtor, I’ve been fortunate to help clients who needed to relocate, military personnel, empty nesters, first-time homeowners, and investors. I’ve had successful sales with residential homes, condominiums, and land lots gaining knowledge and broadening my experience every step of the way! I absolutely LOVE being a Realtor!

I am a Bay Area native, originally from San Jose. I am familiar with cities from San Francisco to the Peninsula to the South Bay. I am flexible and open to helping clients fulfill their real estate goals and dreams in the San Francisco Bay Area.
