I have been working with seniors and their trustees for 9 years, helping the families sell or buy their home, I work in seniors mobile home parks as well as many family parks, I understand and work with the managers in mobile home parks in Milpitas, San Jose, Morgan hill and Gilroy. I explain the rules and the proper way to sell a mobile home with the state requirements for health and safety HCD, I find people to help them with cleaning out and getting the house ready if selling, I understand when a senior needs the help from their family if they can’t get it done on their own.
