Kevin Jacob became intrigued by real estate after he bought his first home when he was 22. Following the milestone purchase, Kevin decided to pursue the profession and became certified as a transaction coordinator. Since then, Kevin has also become a certified listing coordinator, buyer’s coordinator, and agent.

Kevin works with clients from diverse backgrounds across the Bay Area and delivers on each of their unique needs. A passion for not only real estate, but also for helping others drives Kevin to excel: He’s self-motivated and consistently focused on delivering excellent customer service. He navigates through each transaction quickly and efficiently, using his impeccable organization skills to ensure every client’s success. No matter how complex the contract, Kevin keeps the process seamless and stress-free.

Kevin wins deals for buyers and sellers alike, and they depend on his expertise to guide them through the competitive Bay Area market. After processing more than 300 purchases and listings in less than two years, Kevin knows real estate inside and out. He’s also lived in San Jose most of his life, so he can answer any questions people may have about neighborhoods and schools. He prides himself on his dependability and is always available for his clients.

In addition to being loyal to his clients, Kevin is committed to his community. He volunteers at several nonprofits in the East and South Bay, concentrating his efforts on men’s rehabilitation centers and organizations that help the homeless. Outside of serving his clients at the highest level, Kevin’s goal is to open a nonprofit rehabilitation center for men one day.
