I am a REALTOR®, manufactured/mobile home specialist, and real estate investor. I obtained my Real Estate license in 1995 and have worked full-time in the industry since 1997. I obtained my Manufactured Home Salesperson license in 2007 and immediately began working with a manufactured home dealership. The Manufactured Home Salesperson license allowed me to help design and custom-build brand-new manufactured or modular homes for my clients and place the homes in mobile home parks or on private land. I no longer maintain the manufactured home salesperson license, however, I still list and sell pre-owned homes. I have also been a loan officer so I understand the financial aspects of a transaction. I strive to maintain the character traits of keeping an open mind along with being honest and fair.
I get satisfaction from helping people - not only in my profession but also by doing charity work, giving blood, participating in benefit races, etc.
