He took an early retirement from SCCHA to become a Full-Time Realtor. He also held previous post at Stanford Health Services, UCSF-Stanford Health Services, LPCH at Stanford and the Stanford University School of Medicine-Hematology. He earned his bachelor's degree at the University of Pikeville (Pikeville, KY).
