• He obtained his California Real Estate License in 1988 and his California Real Estate Broker License in 1998. Pat has also earned the industry’s coveted ABR, CRB, CRS, GRI & SRES professional designations. In 2011, he became a Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager.

• Pat has been covered by, or written for The Wall Street Journal, The San Jose Business Journal, The San Jose Mercury News, Broker/Agent Magazine, Bay Area News Group and The California Association of Realtors Magazine.

• 1997, the San Jose Mercury News invited Pat to contribute to their Real Estate Virtual Forum, and in 2007, to write bi-monthly for their Sunday Marketwise Q&A column in the Real Estate sections.

• 2003, Pat began his Consumer-Protection Seminars, which became the genesis of the Saturday morning Real Estate classes that he taught at De Anza College.

• 2013-2015, He was Chairman of the Education Committee for Santa Clara County Association of Realtors.

•  2021, Pat was recruited to be a District Chair for the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors, and Director of the California Association of Realtors.
