- He obtained his California Real Estate License in 1988 and his California Real Estate Broker License in 1998. Pat has also earned the industry’s coveted ABR, CRB, CRS, GRI & SRES professional designations. In 2011, he became a Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager.

- 2003, Pat began his Consumer-Protection Seminars, which became the genesis of the Saturday morning Real Estate classes that he taught at De Anza College.
- 2013-2015, He was Chairman of the Education Committee for Santa Clara County Association of Realtors.
