Yessica Andrea Bermudez Serrano

As a long time resident of Silicon Valley for over 20 years and an expert in its locations and hidden gems, Yessica is beyond proud to call it home, sweet home. She has watched the neighborhoods surrounding the South San Francisco Bay Area flourish and thrive over the years, and is thrilled and eager to help her clients not only to find their dream home, but to make sure that it is in the perfect neighborhood for their lifestyle.

Yessica is a proud member of the Santa Clara County Association of Realtors. She has an Associate Degree in Animal Science, and has worked in the veterinary industry for over ten years. She has been committed to supporting and guiding families through stressful times and is devoted to providing exceptional care for her patients and their families. She is driven by compassion and empathy, and is excited to bring these leading attributes to her newfound passion as: a real estate agent. She believes that communication is key, and thus focuses her attention to transparency and dependability during each home buying process.

In her free time, Yessica enjoys spending time with her daughter, as well as her rescue chihuahuas. She has been actively involved in her community over the past 10 years, from volunteering at her daughter’s elementary school as a teacher’s aid, to helping with organizing events such as fundraisers to raise money for the school. She is also extremely passionate about rescuing, fostering, rehoming, and providing nursing care to stray kittens and senior dogs within her South Bay Area community.
