Known for nurturing relationships with key industry leaders, teams, and stakeholders, Christina has effectively lead more than 70 agents in real estate operations, demonstrates emerging technologies and tools, serves as a supportive coach and mentor, advances strategic plans, and drives customer success. Her ability to educate consumers, optimize social media platforms, and design workshops and webinars has increased web traffic and engagement and enhanced community perceptions of companies.

Her most recent role of branch manager and broker associate was at Realogy Holdings Corporation and NRT West Coldwell Banker Realty, a real estate service company in California, Christina has conceptualized, developed, and presented more than 20 workshops focusing on contract and risk management, architected an organic recruitment strategy to promote employment opportunities via social media and individual outreach, and coached and trained new recruits on a wide variety of topics. She provides a unique combination of technical, managerial, and real estate expertise.

Earlier in her career, Christina gained valuable experience in building new construction communities and served as a point-of-contact for agents’ business development activities while helping others with sales generation. She successfully leveraged this experience and advanced to directing Northern California’s 15 regional offices and more than 2,000 agents, where she emphasized marketing tactics and advertising. Throughout her career, Christina has demonstrated her agility and focus to develop strategies that produce impressive results.

Christina earned a certificate in human resources management from the University of Phoenix, an installation completion certificate for Ninja Selling, a relocation certificate from the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, and a salesperson license and a broker’s license from the California Department of Real Estate.
