Christina Morales is a seasoned real estate professional, broker associate, and industry mentor with more than two decades of experience spanning brokerage operations, new construction, agent development, and strategic business growth. Known for her collaborative leadership style and entrepreneurial vision, Christina is deeply committed to elevating professional standards while supporting the next generation of real estate professionals.

Christina currently serves as a Managing Broker with eXp Realty, where she mentors and supports agents across California. In this role, she provides guidance on contract management, risk mitigation, compliance, and business strategy while fostering a culture of professionalism and client-first service. She has coached and trained dozens of agents through workshops, one-on-one mentoring, and structured development programs focused on ethical practice, negotiation strategy, and market expertise.

Earlier in her career, Christina held leadership roles where she led agent development initiatives and contributed to the operational success of multiple offices across Northern California. During this time, she designed and delivered educational workshops on contract and risk management, marketing strategy, and business development while supporting recruitment and growth initiatives within the brokerage.

Christina also brings valuable experience in new construction and development marketing, having worked closely with builders and sales teams to position and launch residential communities. This perspective gives her a unique understanding of both the resale and development sides of the housing market.

A passionate advocate for education and collaboration within the industry, Christina is dedicated to helping real estate professionals adapt to evolving technologies, shifting market dynamics, and the changing expectations of today’s consumers.

She holds a California Real Estate Broker License and maintains certifications in relocation services through Leading Real Estate Companies of the World,  Ninja Selling methodology, and Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix.
